IBM Research is outstanding; they have great labs.
Old processes designed to give up.
Coding Round 1: 2 questions from strings and arrays (easy-medium). Coding Round 2: 3-4 questions (pattern printing, SQL (easy-medium), easy arrays question). Interview (Tech + HR).
The interview was easy and good, and the interviewer was very good. The level was also average. There were two rounds of interviews. First, they asked questions related to my project, and then two coding questions were asked.
Interviewed through a recruiter. Had three rounds: * One with HR * One with management * One with two developers They were all very friendly and easygoing. It wasn't stressful at all. Haven't heard back yet.
