IBM

I have worked at IBM as a contractor three times. All the times I worked there, I had all kinds of support and help in many ways. The training intranet system is fantastic, and when we need help, we receive it on time.

IBM is a large company. Sometimes I felt that my participation on projects was not recognized by the rest of the team. In my case, I was always a contractor. During my last time at IBM, I asked for feedback many times, but I received no response.

I think IBM could let us know about the end of the projects that we are working on with a little more time. This way, we can find a new position inside IBM or in the market with more chances to get better results than finding out when you receive the notice that your project is over on your last day.
