I spoke with my manager and was told a phone screen would be set up with a tech lead. Two weeks later, it was finally scheduled. I took time out of my vacation to receive the call. The tech lead never called, so I withdrew myself from consideration.

It was a good experience, and my first interview. I was quite nervous. The interviewer made the process very comfortable. He was friendly and made it feel like a conversation rather than an interview.

There was a cognitive test. After successful completion, this was followed a few days later by a personality test. The cognitive test focuses on your ability to quickly do certain math tasks when playing games. Extremely boring. The personality test
