Great education opportunities. Apprenticeships are great for getting into the field. Good work-life balance and managers. Good for the neurodiverse community.
It seems the higher-ups are making it much less cool to work there by forcing departments to come in three days a week now. There's now a requirement to rate 10-15% of employees at "needs improvement" for each team, so it's not great for people leveling up, switching teams, or coming into the position.
They also just switched their 401k matching program to put what they match into an RBA, rather than into your own 401k like they used to. That's a big no for me.
Change the 401k program back.
