Good Learning Experience
The project I was assigned to had incredible learning opportunities. The workload is quite a bit, though. The pay scale needs to be revised up for freshers and lesser experienced staff members.
Work-life balance can take a hit. There were days, even my last working day, when I spent the entire night in the office.
Increase pay for freshers and lesser experienced employees. The pay hike is abysmal. The company has simply given up on retaining talent and competing with other software giants.
