No work. I got project access after 4 months of joining IBM.
Terrible and uncooperative management.
Literally no salary hike given.
Bureaucratic setup.
Please attend to the team instead of sitting at home and claiming to be working from home.
There was one aptitude round and one HR round. The aptitude round was a little tough, but the HR round was easy. They seemed to be testing only communication skills and asked only about the projects.
Initially, there was a written aptitude test. It consisted of three sections, with no technical questions at all, just checking your IQ. The questions were not difficult, but time was very limited. 1st section: 20 questions on matrices (e.g., 5x5, 6
They asked mostly about core subjects like OS, CN, DBMS, etc., and some Docker and DevOps concepts. I went to the HR round, where they asked me detailed questions about my projects and resume. The interview lasted for almost 46-60 minutes.
