Good company, but pay could be better
Great team.
Exposure to new/modern languages such as Golang and React JS.
Not enough raise with experience level.
Been stuck on the same level for a couple of years, even though every year I have worked hard on a difficult/complicated feature.
Managers should listen to employees when it comes to giving out raises.
They should provide more opportunities for developers to learn and improve.
