Excellent learning opportunities and a process-oriented company.
Nothing specific to say as cons.
1) Phone interview with hiring manager. 2) On-site interview => least technical and challenging out of all the other interviews I've had with other companies.
The aptitude test, mostly based on probability, speed, and ratios, took around 65 minutes. This was followed by a coding test for 30 minutes. Then, an interview and HR session followed, which took me around 15 minutes.
It took the whole day as there were many rounds of interviews: two technical, one manager, and one HR. However, it went smooth and easy. The panel was friendly and coordinated at each and every step.
