Site has very nice amenities. Very flexible work-from-home schedule. Pay is decent, fair for students based on unit count.
Work is very slow and corporate, not very exciting.
Lots of training programs that are irrelevant for interns (more for business relations).
Start a larger intern program that accommodates interns more in this era. Interns are looking for work that will prepare them for the future and has meaning.
