There are a lot of very helpful people who are eager to get you learning, whatever product team you're in. The new hire programs are incredible. They do a variety of events to get you to see what your niche is, so you can have a stronger footing on what you want to do in the next five years. The benefits are also pretty good as well.
There's no communication from management, and they work you to death because they laid off too many people. Like, seriously? Triple the work to make up for the lack of employees that you laid off? Talk about actions meeting consequences.
Also, they're pushing people to be more in-office, so remote work is highly dependent on the manager you're working for, and even then, it's a slim chance.
