There are some really forward-looking people leading. The company is finally breaking away from the limited interaction with tools and other interfaces used in the industry (Git, Spark, Hadoop, Chef, etc.) and even some programming languages.
There's a lot of dead weight in the company now.
Areas that are not infused with drive to move forward or even participate with the new movement are dragging down morale and productivity.
It's very easy for some folks to slack off at the expense of other hard-working employees.
Keep watch for depressed areas in the company and pay extra attention to what the leadership in those areas is doing to help build skill levels and morale.
I applied online and completed the automated OA. A few months later, I received a callback from a recruiter. I spoke to a hiring manager, which was a technical discussion with high-level questions on shell scripting, Docker, and Kubernetes. One week
Smooth interview process, terrible recruiters though. Recruiters ghosted me for a month post the final interview. Did not even receive any feedback, despite the hiring manager giving a verbal offer in the final round. Extremely frustrating process
It was a great experience. Your interviewer will be looking to see that you meet the requirements of the role. Always explain to the interviewer what you are writing or typing during a code interview.
