Pros

Possibility of working on international projects. Very good private pension plan. Some areas (if you are VERY lucky) have strong leadership that plays in favor of the team, while others...

Cons

If you're not so lucky, you might end up in an area with weak leadership, which plays against the team and embraces any and all client demands without hesitation, no matter how absurd they may be.

In this case, forget your family, friends, girlfriend, social life, health, or any contact with the outside world, because the company will suck you dry in the worst possible way.

Calls and meetings at dawn, weekends, and holidays will be your normal routine.

Projects are sold by distinct development areas, where often X is sold to the client, but the effort to deliver is 5x. This causes practically all projects to require overtime.

It's common to hear that 'such-and-such colleague took a leave of absence' because they literally broke down under the pace imposed by the company.

If you're thinking of working here, prepare yourself for a journey of over 80 hours per week.

Advice to Management
