Low salary, no career development path
As an engineer at IBM Korea, I met many global engineers who were outperforming and had excellent technical skills. This experience helped me establish substantial engineering skills at IBM Korea.
IBM Korea (not global IBM) provides much lower salaries than the market average, and they don't have good career paths for engineers.
My current manager is the fourth manager I've had since I started working here, but I have never seen a manager who truly cares about our career development.
