It has a good work and life balance. Working time is flexible. The team leader and team members are nice. The working environment is good.
Very bureaucratic. Very hard to get promoted. It is hard or even impossible to communicate with middle and senior management.
Middle and senior management should wait and listen to what their employees need.
Do not waste so much time on paperwork.

1) Phone interview with hiring manager. 2) On-site interview => least technical and challenging out of all the other interviews I've had with other companies.
