Giant Company: good for resume, job security.
Too big of a company. Communication is either too much or too little most of the time. Too much politics involved in the office (duh). Not much respect for the low-level people.
Too many layers of middle management, understandably since it's a giant company. Stop picking up people from outside the company to take care of middle management and promote internal employees from the team instead.
Phone interview with HR recruiter. General resume review, interests discussed, and previous experience. Gave an initial overview of experience and provided next steps on progression through the hiring process. The process was clear. Awaiting to hear
Easy and simple: two rounds of interviews, as well as a good environment. There were two technical rounds, one written round, and an HR round. It took 2 days.
Quantitative aptitude followed by GD, and interview. The interview was pretty easy, with all basic C and C++ questions.
