The interview was good. It was a panel of three people. They were very down-to-earth and made the interview less stressful. They went through all my previous experiences and asked me about some different scenarios.

The process started with an initial assessment (OA), followed by a questionnaire. Next, there was a standard 30-minute to one-hour behavioral interview. I did not make it past that stage, so I am unsure what to expect afterward.

The interview process was relatively smooth. I received an email recommending this position, and soon after, I was able to get a phone call from a recruiter for IBM.
