The process started with an initial assessment (OA), followed by a questionnaire. Next, there was a standard 30-minute to one-hour behavioral interview. I did not make it past that stage, so I am unsure what to expect afterward.

The interview was good. It was a panel of three people. They were very down-to-earth and made the interview less stressful. They went through all my previous experiences and asked me about some different scenarios.

Very swift, efficient, and effective. A quick call from HR to organize the interview was very pleasant. The interview itself was reasonably challenging but enjoyable. There were two interviewers, and they aimed to get the best out of me. No BS.
