Flexibility and work from home.
Management doesn't care when you come in or go out, so you are pretty much free to do whatever you want. This is very useful if you have some obligations in the middle of the day, like picking up a kid from daycare.
Extra long hours, no overtime pay. Crappy promotions, crappy bonuses, and crappy raises. Management doesn't seem to know what's going on when important decisions come from above, nor do they seem to know or care about who's doing what in their teams, save a few people.
Be more honest, more truthful, and more considerate.
The interview process was great, focusing on technical questions about data structures and algorithms. It took about two weeks to complete, involving one phone interview and two face-to-face interviews. The interviews comprised four one-hour sessio
The whole process was super slow, taking around 3 months. First, a 4-hour coding assessment. Second, a half-hour session asking about my resume and two simple coding questions: FizzBuzz and moving all zeros to the end of the array. Third, a one-ho
Technical OA: 2 questions, 45 minutes. Not the worst questions. They seem to ask for the optimal solution to pass all the test cases. Preparing with LeetCode-style questions would be a good idea.
