I had two phone interviews with my team: * One non-technical interview with my current Manager, who was the hiring manager for the position. * One technical interview, conducted by my now-team lead over the phone.

The interview process was great. I met a lot of great people. The onsite interview was very nice and collaborative, and it was very great. I recommend this for colleagues and friends.

It was tough talking to myself. I practiced several times, but it did not go as well as I had planned. The interview questions were right on point; however, I was unable to solve any of them in time.
