The interview process includes: * Skills interview with HR * Internal technical interview with IBM personnel * Client technical interview The process is relatively straightforward, provided you have experience with the technology stack.

Quite slow. I believe the process took at least a month between interviews and knowing the client's final verdict, so that they could let me know if I had been hired by the company.
