A good learning environment for beginners.
Salary not so competitive, and career path is kinda stuck.
I applied online. The process took 7 days. I interviewed at IBM. They have an online coding challenge with behavioral video submissions in the beginning, and video submissions where you talk about how you implemented your code.
I was asked to create a REST API using JavaScript. It wasn't hard, but my communication skills are very bad. The interviewers were really friendly. I was interviewed by two people: * My direct report * HR
It's a good overall experience, which is nice. I recommend it for others. You should be good at communication and technically proficient, as all technical questions will be asked. The interview process is slow, but the overall experience is nice.
