Super flexible work schedule, although this depends on the team and your manager. But everyone's really helpful and willing to lend a hand, whether that's within your team or throughout the entire campus.
The intern community is okay. With such a large number of recruits every summer, it's hard to get everyone to connect. Many don't show up to the few intern events there are.
