Software Manager
IBM normally only hires new college graduates from selected universities. If you are an experienced engineer, you need to have specialized skills or know somebody within to have a chance to get hired.
Software Engineer Inernship
One behavioral, one technical. The technical interview was LeetCode easy/medium. It had some extensions, but was easy and simple. They do have a tendency to renege, so beware. Be wary of career advancement opportunities; they tend to limit it.
AI Engineer
2 easy LeetCode OA (one was on heaps and the other used arrays) -> HireView (only get one attempt to answer each question, about 5 questions) -> I would assume interviews followed, but I did not get past HireView.
