Long working hours, low salary, good working culture
Work culture is good. Since IBM has an international reputation, employees will be treated with respect.

Salary. Lowest salary. My ex-colleague, whomsoever left IBM, felt they made the right choice. On the contrary, I felt I lost a good amount of money by staying back at IBM.

Long work hours - This is hard to avoid.

Limited power for senior managers - IBM US gets projects, and IBM India is responsible for delivery only. IBM India managers have limited interaction with the client, and they don't have influence over the client. So, they have to do what US managers told them to do. They can't act otherwise.
Resources working for a long time started seeing themselves as losers. Please pay appropriately.
