Asked various theoretical questions, mostly focusing on things to do with data. Asked questions about efficiency and how you would ensure it, as well as asking what experience I had with testing.

I sent my CV. They phoned me. I had a brief telephone interview on my skills and my reason for looking for work at IBM. They called me in for a written test, which consisted of general IQ questions and specific programming tasks related to my exper

Online tests are hard but quick. Don't get hung up on questions, as they are not too bad. An assessment centre day follows, possibly with a further telephone interview to match with a manager.
