Very bad experience with IBM as a contractor
No good side of IBM at the Airoli location.
I was working as a contractor. I was giving my best performance, but my manager still ignored me. They never said a single word about making me permanent.
Very bad management.
Both permanent and contractors are nervous about management.
Identify employees based on their performance. Leave politics.
