IBM is a good company for work-life balance
No stress (depends on the project).
Well, infrastructure. IBM doesn't enforce a 9-hour workday (depends on the project you got).
Pay will be very less. Hikes and promotions are completely in the manager's hands. I don't know why these managers feel it's very hard to give a double-digit hike, as if they are giving it from their own money.
Please take care of managers who are not at all happy to give promotions and hikes to the employees who are doing their best.
