- Good environment for working mothers, as they can get children to the office.
- Flexible hybrid facilities are provided for working moms.
- The overall working environment is good, as long as you are good at what you do.
- Good team outings.
- Salary increments are poor.
- Salary increments usually depend on how good you are to the managers
. - Too little salary for the work you do.
- Not many benefits for the employees.
- Usually the managers/employees are good unless you are unfortunate enough to get a stingy one. Some managers usually don't respect and appreciate your opinions.
