No pros at IBM, especially in the AT&T account as a contract employee.
I have 1.6 years at IBM as a contract employee.
The worst place to work in AT&T Account as a contract employee.
Many people come from startups with a dream to work in an MNC. They will come for a contract role for IBM, since it is an MNC.
But the real fact about IBM (AT&T): They will hire, and after 2 months, they will release you and say funding is down, irrespective of the hard work you do.
These managers will keep only girls; they will get funding.
Totally, AT&T has a bunch of worst managers; they will keep only girls.
Some managers are there; they will save the girls irrespective of them not doing work, coming to the office at 11 and leaving at 5. Still, they will be in the team. They won't get released since they are girls.
My suggestion: Please don't go to IBM (AT&T) Account.
Please remove the manager who are in favor of girls.
Some managers from different regions will save only their region's people, so avoid this.
Please take the Manager Performance Review from contract employees at least once every 3 months. You people will then come to know how the manager favors girls.
