Pros

Company name on CV; learn to work with discipline and following best practices; for the most part, being able to work with autonomy; flexible working arrangements.

Cons

The culture is profit-driven, weekly, monthly, quarterly. There is no long-term strategy and vision. The company talks about customer service, but doesn't really care about its customers.

Advice to Management

Be genuinely customer-centric, rebuilding our culture to be similar to young disruptive competitors like Amazon.

Do not allow HR to treat employees so poorly, especially when trying to manage staff out to meet quotas. This destroys staff morale and slowly but surely eradicates what is left of the company's culture.

Treat your employees like assets once more, not just serial numbers and labor costs on a spreadsheet.
