Great people to work with. The scale of projects is the largest I've encountered.
Poor career advancement, lousy Sr. Management.
Don't think that the IBM-NewCo split is great for employees looking to stay with IBM. They enacted a hiring freeze which stifled the careers of anyone being made to stay in NewCo.
