Good salary Good infrastructure Flexibility Many opportunities Almost unlimited learning possibilities
It's not easy to understand how to be promoted.
Interviews with Red Hat HR. Asked about current and desired salary. Asked about past experiences, career plan, and what the main difficulties faced in their career were and how to deal with them.
First round was a technical discussion for 1 hour. The interviewer was very polite. Questions were more on practical experience. Second round: PDM for 1 hour. Focus was more on pressure handling and cost saving to the customer. HR discussion.
Pretty chill. I was comfortable and respected. I had to carry the conversation at times. Brilliant interviewers that are inspiring. They understand for entry-level that you don't have corporate work experience.
