Asscoiate software engineer
It was a three-stage process. A coding test was done through the HackerRank platform. Shortlisted candidates were then called for another round or coding test. After this round, selected candidates would face a face-to-face interview.
QA Engineer
1 round of managerial interview and 1 round of technical interview, then after the interview process, I got to know that I was selected the next day. And 1 week later had to go to IBM office for HR formalities.
