Love Doing What I Do
I am actually able to do what I love doing: write code and make a difference for someone. The fact that someone is multiplied by thousands or even millions makes it all that much better.
I am also able to learn about the latest technologies to keep me sharp and up to date.
The compensation isn't bad either. In fact, it's very good.
Sometimes training is required for things that I have no use for at the time or any time in the foreseeable future.
