Better than other IT companies for learning. No swipe-out time is recorded. Sick leaves are not counted. Your experience will depend on the team you are in.
Hikes are less. Promotions are slow. In some teams, they are tracking attendance for work from the office. Many old employees are still working at IBM, unlike at other companies.
Some old people are hard to deal with. Managers have too much control over you. IBM is a manager-driven company.
Reduce bureaucracy and office politics. Fire old, useless people who just show they are working.
