Pros

A broad company, which should allow for a variety of different jobs and career paths within a single company. It still has decent benefits.

Cons

Poor compensation for employees has led to an ongoing exodus of the best talent in the company.

Advice to Management

Fix the rank-order PBC system, as many of the best technical minds in the company hate being forced to compete against coworkers. It does not encourage excellent teams; it encourages self-promotion and political maneuvering. While the management ranks may thrive on this culture, it has no place in technical teams.
