Good work-life balance in most teams. IBM is trying hard to innovate in cloud, so there are many good projects to work on in that area.
Non-transparent management team. There is a clear sense of the old hierarchy system at work. Much information does not get passed down, and employees do not get much of a say in important decisions.
Be a lot more transparent.
