Flexibility and the work environment are very professional. Everyone is willing to help one another, and there are an abundance of resources when needed from peers or co-workers. It has a large supporting network.

The pay is not as competitive, and advancement within the company is very minimal. Moreover, there are many layers of redundancy in the company that can be eliminated. Sometimes it feels like too many management personnel are running around asking for the same status. It's like going in circles, asking each other for the same status. Bottom line, too many people asking for status and not enough people working on the actual problem.
