Steady work. No micromanaging. Work from home option is available for my position.
Apparently, they can reduce the contracted amount of pay for any reason, such as Covid.
Treatment of contractors is very poor.
Must get everything in writing, as verbal promises are "forgotten".
Don't treat contractors as slaves.
