Software Engineer (Internship)
First, they will send you an assessment through your mail, about 2-3. Then, a phone interview will follow. I did not proceed to the next stage, so I don't know what happens after.
Software Engineer
IBM came to the university for the Emerging Leaders program. I was interviewed on campus by an IBM representative and later called to their RTP campus for an onsite discussion. The discussion was primarily on my technical background.

Very easygoing and laid-back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
