High salary and new projects all the time. Nice and professional workers. New ideas all the time.
Managers are numbers and profile driven rather than customers and revenues. Too much bureaucracy.
Try to focus on customers and revenues rather than the agenda of employing women and employees from the gay community, which is great but doesn't add to revenues.
