- Good company to work for, it has a career plan, the benefits are excellent, there's profit sharing, etc.
- Great for issues of support for wage equality between men and women.
- Great support for the Black and LGBTQIA+ community. They are always training employees on diversity and respect for different cultures.
- The company is very bureaucratic. If your computer cable is broken, you need to replace the entire machine.
- You need to insist a lot with the manager to get a promotion.
- There's a lack of an option for employees to evaluate their leaders, because it's assumed that they are always right in employee evaluations, which often ends up being unfair and is left at that.
