Pros

The company offers many courses. You can learn the company's name on your resume. Flexible working hours, career plan.

Cons

Below-market salary. Employees aren't heard. Too much work for too few employees. Abusive managers. The culture is very authoritarian: those in power give orders, and those who want to keep their jobs obey. You have to play favorites to advance in the company.

Advice to Management

Listen more to your employees; treat us as individuals.

Stop switching tools every two months.

If you want employees to work in the office, provide a suitable workspace.

Lift the spending freeze because, even though I'm working harder, I see no prospects of a raise.

Despite having many courses, there's no time to complete them and deliver at the same time.

Improve the deadlines for requesting tasks or consider hiring more people.
