The job profile is good.
Employees are treated as labor if you are working for domestic business. The majority of old IBMers have become arrogant and do not have professional etiquette. There is no focus on employees. Employees do not get any support from management & HR. It has become like a government office where you will be going table to table for approvals. If you are working with a bad manager, he will make your life hell.
At least think about employees as human.
