Great learning opportunities. Place with a "go achieve it" attitude. Good salary offered at the time of lateral hiring. Flexible work timings. A very decent number of leaves will fulfill all major needs and personal issues in the year.
A year-on-year hike is not good. A good performer gets a decent hike every 2-3 years.
There is too much process in a few things.
Make better payouts to performers in variable pay.
