Competitive environment, tough but good. It's a good environment for exposure to multiple altitudes of challenges. There's an opportunity to grow if you have the great caliber to mobilize and be a contributor.
Poor compensation, an uncaring benefit system, a lack of focus on the people, and too much of a cost-cutting focus hindering the quality of products and service deliveries. They talk the talk but never walk it right.
Treat people as human. Change you need is a radical one, and it's hindered by your management, not just those upper, but lower as well.
