Good Experience, Bad Salary
Good working place to acquire skills and experience. The company provides the most advanced system to experience and explore. Acquired skills tend to be industrial standard, which can be utilized in a future career.
Salary is not good. There is an unclear year-end review for engineers.
In addition, the company itself doesn't grow much. Therefore, I didn't hear good business stories while I was working here.
Raise salaries to retain good talent. I know some people receive good salaries, but I was not sure if they were really worth paying. I know somebody who did a great job but was reviewed badly.
