I have been working at IBM full-time for more than a year
Before and after joining IBM, when I checked my knowledge, I learned more at IBM. IBM gave me the chance and encouraged me to learn more knowledge related to our project and other than the project. They gave compensation more than my previous companies and encouraged me with some Blue Points. Based on performance, they gave bonuses more than our expectations.
At IBM, they encourage cultural activities. For every festival, they conduct some town halls and events. They provide some gifts for participants.
Up to now, I didn't see any downside activities in IBM.
We all know IBM is one of the top companies in the world. They follow the guidelines perfectly. So, there are no advisories for management.
