You can happily manage the work well within the day and not with 8 or 9 hours. Time is not mandatory; work is a must. On-time salaries.
Even sometimes work gets extended; I am staying late for project activities. It might be different for other clients. It is a con for me.
Please make sure that personal interest is taken care of for every employee. I see a lack of that interest in every employee.
