I have completed all interview rounds and salary discussions. I have also uploaded all required documents and have been waiting for the offer letter. The IBM HR team has not responded regarding my offer letter status, despite me sending many emails.

I cannot say the process is too hard or easy. They will ask questions related to the field you applied for, and the interview process is offline.

3 rounds of interview: 2 technical and 1 managerial round. Skills: Scripting, AWS, Jenkins, Helm, Kubernetes, Git, Networking, Ansible, CI/CD, Python, Infrastructure, Docker, good communication skills.
